FDA detected elevated levels of lead in one finished product sample of WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Puree collected from Dollar Tree. FDA is continuing to evaluate incoming adverse reports of illnesses.

In addition, FDA collected samples of WanaBana Organic Mango Puree at import and sample results are negative for elevated levels of lead. The Ecuadorian processor used by Negasmart is not currently operating.
