Swan Lake, NY-based Pelleh Poultry Corp., is spending the weekend recalling approximately 708 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) beef and poultry products that are likely contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes , according to USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), The recalled products bear the establishment number “EST.
