In the report, FDA cited Preventive Control issues, specifically around the control of pathogens in a RTE food, and GMP issues, including pest control and cleaning issues. According to Wikipedia, "Mukhwas is a colorful Indian Ayurvedic[1] after-meal snack or digestive aid widely used as a breath freshener, especially after meals.
