Detwiler and Omar spoke about modern customer service in today's restaurant industry. Omar said working as a franchisor, "you're not a joint employer, so you really can't tell your franchisees how to train their employees, or how to interact with folks. But what we do is we train our franchisees so that way they can train their employees."
