Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar & Honey
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts, halved
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Honey
Steps
1) Preheat your oven to 425F.
2) Line sheet tray with heavy duty aluminum foil.
3) Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt & pepper and roast for 15-20 minutes.
4) Toss Brussels sprouts and roast for another 10 minutes or until tender.
5) Remove the sheet tray from the oven and toss the roasted Brussels sprouts with the balsamic vinegar and honey.
6) Season with salt if needed and serve.
