Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup Salted Butter, softened
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Salted Butter
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats

Steps
1) Preheat your oven to 350F.
2) In a large bowl, beat together sugar, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
3) Beat in one egg at a time, scraping the bowl in between each addition.
4) Sift dry ingredients together and add into creamed mixture. Mix until ingredients are combined.
5) Stir in oats until combined.
6) Bake for 11-13 minutes, until brown and chewy.
