Meaning “buttery” in Italian, Burrata is a fresh cheese made from a mix of mozzarella and cream. When you cut open a Burrata, it oozes with buttery and creamy panna (Italian for cream) containing bits of mozzarella. Zero aging or maturing is needed to produce Burrata. No additives, preservatives, or artificial fillers are in the cheese.

Burrata is the perfect addition to any salad and even better when served with a piece of crusty bread.
