The UK FoodTech Heroes
As the evening progressed, we invited the top UK startups to take the stage and share their insights on their impact on the food system. The startups presented their cutting-edge innovations and shared their unique approaches to transforming the industry, providing a fascinating glimpse into the future of FoodTech.
We kicked things off with Agrivi, who has created an all-inclusive suite of digital agriculture solutions for farms, agribusiness banks, and more to help them embrace digital transformation. Next up was Lettus Grow, with their state-of-the-art hydroponic system that lets you grow up to 36 plants indoors or outdoors. Then we heard from Winnow, whose AI-enabled tool, Winnow Vision, helps the food service industry reduce waste and save time and money. We also had Breedr, which provides farmers with an animal monitoring service that records everything from lineage to vet records. And finally, we had WNWN Food Labs, which are making the world’s favorite foods more sustainable by creating ethical supply chains and using fermentation to make cacao-free chocolate thins.
To conclude the event, we had a fantastic display of UK startups who were treated to some delectable and innovative food of the future. A big thank you to WNWN Food Labs, Neat Burger, Tarwi, Waterbomb, and Toast Ale for contributing to this event!
