What do you love about your business?

“I loved the idea of doing something that would make people happy, highlight cultures and traditions, and be part of family gatherings. Our business has allowed us to build a team we love and be an important part of our community. It’s also given us the opportunity to travel all over the world spreading the gospel of Texas BBQ!”

What’s the most interesting thing to happen to your business?

“We’ve been acknowledged in the Houston Chronicle for our charitable efforts and received the Community Award from Chef’s Table; being acknowledged for our contributions to the community is paramount to us. We also traveled to Finland this past September to teach a BBQ class. That was very cool!”
